Connect your property to drinking water, sewerage or recycled water.
See our Quick Guide to assist you with learning more about connecting to your property and building near Coliban Water assets: Land Development Quick Guide - Connecting
Properties serviced by a main can apply to connect to our system. If your property isn't serviced by a main, you will need to apply for our services to a new development or subdivision.
See part 1 of Coliban Water's Land Development Manual (PDF 1MB) for a detailed guide that explains what's required for your connection proposal. All new connections are to be installed in accordance with AS/NZS 3500 plumbing code, the MRWA water metering guidelines and Coliban Water specific requirements.
You may need to complete a Pressure and Flow Information Request form online to assess fire flow requirements.
Commercial and Industrial customers will also be required to enter into a Trade Waste Agreement to discharge into the Coliban Water network, and provide a backflow prevention device immediately downstream of your water meter.
