Contractor induction
Contractors and their employees must complete an online induction before working on any Coliban Water assets. This is to maintain a high standard of health, safety, environment and quality practices. You may also need to do an onsite induction.
Follow our steps below to complete your online induction.
To get started, open the online induction system.
To create a new account:
- click 'Create a new account'
- fill out your details and create a username and password
If your company doesn't show in the drop down list, contact your Coliban Water or Service Stream representative.
To complete the induction refresher training, click 'Contractor/ Administrator log in' and enter your username and password. You can't complete this induction on your mobile.
If you have forgotten your password
- On the login screen, click 'Forgotten password?'.
- Enter your username or email address and click 'Request password reset'.
- You will receive an email from system@luciditysoftware.com.au with your username and a link to reset your password.
- Follow the link and enter your new password in both boxes.
- You will be returned to the login screen. Enter your username and new password to login.
Complete the Contractor: Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Induction module by clicking 'Start' and then 'View'.
After the presentation, you need to complete a short assessment. You will need to get at least 80 per cent of the questions correct to pass the induction.
When you’ve successfully completed the induction, click 'Print induction card'.
You need to have your temporary card with you onsite until your authorised card arrives in the post. This can take up to 4 weeks.
Carry your authorised card with you onsite at all times. Your card is valid for 2 years from the date of induction.
You need to renew your induction every 2 years.
You will get an email reminder 1 month before your authorised card expiries.
Before working on Coliban Water assets, you may need to complete a site-specific induction. These are held onsite to make sure you're aware of safety hazards and site requirements.
If needed, your Coliban Water or Service Stream representative will contact you to arrange a site-specific induction.
If onsite conditions change, you may need to complete more than one site-specific induction.
Complete the appropriate Critical Risk Verification Tools.
