To access these tools on your mobile phone:
1. Open this page on your phone (it may be easiest to email yourself the link to this page).
2. Add it to your home screen. This can be done by selecting the ellipses in the top right hand corner of your screen.
If the links below stop working, try clearing your browser history. To do this on a Samsung phone:
a) Select the three dots (ellipses) in the top right corner, then select "History"
b) Select "Clear Browsing Data" and then select the "Advanced" tab
c) Finally, tick everything except "Browsing History" and "Saved Passwords" and press "Clear Data"
