Are you eligible for the Victorian government's Community Rebate Program?
The Community Rebate Program aims to reduce water bills for community members who are concession card holders or those who are in financial hardship, through a free water audit.
If a customer is eligible for the program, our Coliban Water plumber will visit their home to carry out a free water audit. This will include a thorough check of plumbing fixtures to ensure there are no water leaks or anything amiss.
Eligible customers will receive a free water efficiency audit from a licensed plumber, contracted by Coliban Water, to assist in reducing their water use.
Eligible customers may then receive assistance of up to $750 from the Program for agreed products or services.
To be eligible for the program, you must:
- Be a Coliban Water customer
- Be responsible for paying the water account
- Have had recent higher water usage
- Be on a concession, a vulnerable customer or in financial hardship.

Please note the Program does not provide subsidies for bills, but assists customers on a concession or payment arrangement to reduce water use and utility costs.
