We issue water bills four times a year through email or in the post, depending on what you've set as your preference.

Your water bill pays for:

  • The treatment of water and wastewater services, 24-hours a day.
  • Maintenance and supply of the water service to your property.
  • Operating, maintaining, repairing and replacing water and sewer mains.
  • Treating wastewater so it can be safely returned to the environment.
  • Projects to build, renew and maintain infrastructure to ensure it meets the growing needs of the region.

From 1 October 2024, the payment due date of your water bill will be 21 days. You'll find the payment due date written on your water bill, just below the amount you need to pay.

We'll SMS you a reminder before the due date if we have not received a payment from you. You can opt out of these notifications by calling us.

If you are late making a payment, you may be charged interest on the amount due. If you are having trouble paying, for any reason, call or email us before the payment due date and we can discuss options for you.

For our customers on a concession card, have a flexible payment plan or who are part of our Coliban Assist Program, accounts will be exempt from any interest charges.
