Pay your bill online, over the phone, in person or by mail. You can also set up direct debit and arrange to receive your bills electronically.

Tell us if you're having trouble paying your bill or want to apply for a concession.

How to pay

Direct Debit

To set up regular payments from your bank account, use our Set Up, Change or Cancel a Direct Debit online form or call us.


Use online banking or contact your bank to pay with your cheque, savings or credit account. Use biller code 39156.


Visit BPOINT and use biller code 39156 to pay online with BPOINT using your credit card or debit card. 

Centrepay by Centrelink

You can set up Centrepay to make regular deductions from your Centrelink payments. Contact Centrelink or call us.


Detach and fill out the deposit slip on the bottom of your bill. Send it with your cheque to:

In person

Take your bill to any Australia Post outlet or visit our office at 37-45 Bridge Street, Bendigo to pay by eftpos or cheque.

Receive your bills online

BPAY View lets you receive, pay and store your bills with online banking. It's a secure, convenient and paperless way to view your bills.

How to register

  1. Log in to your online banking.
  2. Select the BPAY View or 'View bills' tab.
  3. Enter biller code 39156 and payment reference number (Ref) located under BPAY on the back of your water bill.
