Email billing is helping make your life simpler and helping us reduce paper use and transport. 

Residential customers can register for eBilling online. Once you have submitted the form you will receive a confirmation email and your next water bill will be sent directly to your nominated email address.

Email billing will make your tax time easier, because all your bills will be in the one place, and it offers you the convenience of downloading it anywhere you are.

The payment arrangements and all other conditions associated with your Coliban Water account are applicable to the email billing service. It simply means you’ve opted to change the method of bill delivery – instead of post, it’s by email.

We are now encouraging customers to receive their accounts via email rather than postage. All you need to do is sign up on our website and we can begin to bill you via email.

Simply fill in this form. Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email and your next water bill will be sent to your nominated address.

After signing up for email billing, we will send your next bill to your nominated email address. The bill includes a PDF of your bill that you can download.

Our bills are sent out on a quarterly basis. Nothing will change with regards to the timing of your bill whether you receive it via post or email. 

Yes, you can change back at any time by updating your details on our website here.

If you are currently a BPAYView customer please contact your bank to deregister from BPAYView once you have opted into email billing. This is because our email bills are not uploaded to BPAY, they are sent straight to you.

You simply need to update your details using our online form here.

We do everything in our power to prevent your accounts from going to your junk or spam folders, but its always worthwhile checking there first. If you are confident you did not receive your bill, please contact us on 1300 363 200. 

In some cases, the email may bounce back. This will happen when your email address is invalid or your email mailbox is full. If this happens, your email address will show on our email delivery report and will be flagged as undeliverable. Our Customer Support will be in touch to organise either a paper or Email copy of your bill.

We can provide either an email bill or a paper bill, not both.

Unfortunately, this isn’t something we can offer for email billing right now as email bills can only send to a singular address. However, our team are working on this and we’ll let everyone know when we can offer this function.

Yes, we can send bills to different email addresses if required.
