We are responding to a burst water main near Guildford.
Crews are in attendance and are working to make the repair. This is a secondary burst to the one that caused the previous Boil Water Advisory - which has now been lifted.
As a result, some customers in Guildford and Yapeen may be experiencing no water supply or low water pressure while crews work to isolate and repair the damaged main. If you have water supply it remains safe to drink.
Our crews are on site and working to restore normal service as quickly and safely as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank customers for their patience while we complete these essential repairs.
