Ascot, Epsom and Huntly
Our crews will be running water flow rate tests in some locations in Ascot, Epsom and Huntly on Friday 20 November.
The test will only take a couple of minutes and you do not need to be home.
There is no interruption to your water supply.
Our crews will conduct the test at your garden tap closest to your water meter.
The test is called a flow rate bucket test. A bucket is placed under the garden tap, and the tap is turned on full bore to fill the bucket. We measure how long this takes, allowing us to calculate your flow rate in litres per minute.
The test allows us to compare your flow rate to surrounding properties and helps to identify any water pressure issues.
