  Maiden Gully

Work to install the Maiden Gully to Marong Pipeline continues near Edwards Road and Glenelg Drive in Maiden Gully.

As part of the next stage of construction of the Maiden Gully to Marong Pipeline, we are building a new water main both through the existing easement between Glenelg Drive and Edwards Road.

From Tuesday 10 February, works will start near the intersection of Smiths Road and Edwards Road, extending up the easement to Glenelg Drive. Here it will join the previously installed water main that makes up the Maiden Gully to Marong Pipeline.

Works will be completed on weekdays between 7am and 5.30pm. We plan to finish these works in late May.

Access to the easement area between Glenelg Drive and Edwards Road may be limited during these works.

This means we may need to temporarily close some sections of the Glenelg Drive Reserve Dog Off Leash Area, between mid-March and late May. We’ll install temporary fencing for safety before we start the works.

We will work to reopen sections of the reserve where possible, only closing the areas where we’re working. You will still be able to access your property as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience.
