You'll need to:
- attach a plan confirming the location of the fire hydrant you want to test.
- submit an application for each additional location.

You will need to select which type of test you would like. Find the fees for each type of test below:
- Hydrant Flow and Pressure Field Test - $278.97
- Hydraulic Model Simulation - $120.61
- Both tests - $399.58
