Executive General Manager Culture and Governance & Corporate Secretary
Rebecca joined Coliban Water in early 2020, having previously worked at Central Highlands Water in a governance and risk management role.
Prior to joining the water industry, Rebecca worked as a lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills and Bendigo firm Robertson Hyetts in the areas of litigation, commercial and property law.
Her current role includes providing legal advice as General Counsel, supporting the Board as Corporate Secretary, and being the accountable executive for safety and risk, people and capability, corporate governance and records management. She has served as Convener of the IWA Corporate Governance Special Interest Group and as a member of the VicWater Safety Executive Group and the VWC Insurance Advisory Committee. Rebecca is passionate about gender equity, diversity and inclusion and being an ally for LGBTIQ+ rights.
