Executive General Manager Strategy
Anna joined Coliban Water in 2021 and was previously Business Architect for the Environment Protection Authority, Victoria.
Anna has 18 years’ experience in Business Transformation in both the private and public sectors. Anna has designed and led transformational change for organisations in Australia/New Zealand, Canada/US, the UK and the Solomon Islands.
As a business architect and change leader, Anna helps organisations better understand themselves to align on direction, applying strategy in action and systems thinking. Anna is passionate about growing flexibility and adaptability in organisations to better deal with current and future challenges.
Her current role includes strategy and performance, strategic planning, climate and carbon, rural modernisation, water resource management, transformation oversight and change leadership. Anna holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology).
