Lucy Roffey was appointed to the Board on 1 October 2015.
Lucy Roffey is an experienced Local Government executive with over 15 years in the sector in both Regional Victoria and more recently in Melbourne. She is currently the CEO of Glen Eira City Council and previously held the position of CEO at Central Goldfields Shire Council and Buloke Shire Council. She was also an inaugural member of the Homes Victoria Advisory Board from 2021 to 2025 chairing the HV Financial Sustainability Committee.
She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand’s Public Sector Panel and a graduate of the AICD program and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma of Management from the University of NSW (AGSM).
Her expertise includes finance and corporate governance, strategy, risk and stakeholder management and she has sector experience across local government, water, social housing and arts and culture. She is passionate about supporting local communities and building capacity to deliver great outcomes through strong partnerships.
