Dr David Cochrane was appointed to the board on 1 October 2023.
Dr Cochrane is an economist and accountant with over 40 years’ practical experience in both disciplines, retiring as a partner in the Economics, Regulation and Policy practice in Ernst & Young in 2015. He has extensive experience in government advising, environmental and public land management and economic and financial policy.
He is currently a private economic consultant and a member of a range of boards including Director and Chair of Guide Dogs Victoria and an Independent Member of the Department of Transport and Planning, Audit, Risk and Integrity Committee.
