Clare Luehman was appointed to the Board on 1 October 2025.
Clare is a finance and sustainability leader with more than 30 years’ experience across the energy, agribusiness, and manufacturing sectors. She has held executive roles in finance, carbon strategy, environmental, social and governance, including as the inaugural Global General Manager leading carbon and sustainability strategy at Incitec Pivot.
A Fellow of Chartered Accountants ANZ and a Graduate of the AICD, Clare brings a background in financial governance, climate risk, and capital expertise to support Coliban Water’s commitment to resilient and sustainable regional communities. She currently serves on boards in the renewable energy and hospitality sectors and has previously held governance roles in community, education, and environmental organisations.
