La Trobe University’s Work Integrated Learning Program provides Coliban Water with the opportunity to source highly-trained, job-ready students to work within the organisation for up to six months.
The students undertake a wide range of experiences with hands-on work in the planning and development to the implementation and completion of projects.
We firmly believe in the WIL program as a form of attracting, training and retaining regional students.
This process strengthens both Coliban Water and regional industry.
We have had great success with the international student cohort in the program. The students come ready to learn and are eager to share their innovation and fresh ideas.
