In an effort to continually enhance the water and sewer services provided to the community, Coliban Water customers have an opportunity to share their feedback as part of an Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. And by participating, also go in the draw to win one of ten $100 bill credits.

Executive General Manager Customer & Stakeholder Experience Lauren McLean said gaining insight into the experiences of our customers allows us to identify whether we are meeting their expectations.

“The survey is a key way we learn from our customers and improve our services.

“A sample of customers from across our region will have received an email and be asked to complete a short survey to share their thoughts on the level of satisfaction with these services. The survey is also available on our website at www.coliban.com.au. 

“Whether taking part via email or completing online, I encourage customers to be as honest as possible so that we can gain valuable insights into their perspectives and ensure their voices are heard,” Mrs McLean said.

Customers who take part will go into the draw to win one of ten $100 bill credits. Entries close 6pm Tuesday 31 October, with winners directly contacted in early November 2023. 

Coliban Water is one of seven participating water corporations who will gather customer feedback as part of the survey. This includes Westernport, South Gippsland, Gippsland, East Gippsland, Central Highlands, and Goulburn Valley Water.

In total, more than 2,000 customers will be contacted. 

“Customer privacy is taken very seriously, with any personal information collected used for the sole purpose of the competition entry. Personal customer information is in no way linked to the feedback provided,” Mrs McLean said.
