We are proud to be a Thriving Communities Partnership and One Stop One Story (OSOS) Hub participating partner.
The OSOS Hub enables us to connect and refer our customers to a range of supports through a single, secure access point.
This means that our customers experiencing domestic and family violence and/or financial hardship who reach for support with their water bill can tell their story once and get access to holistic, wrap-around support from participating service providers including utility providers, banks, tollways, legal service providers and telecommunications companies.
