If you have special needs, our team will make it a priority to contact you directly if there is a unplanned interruption to your water supply. They will also provide at least four days’ notice of a planned interruption. Customers using an eligible life support machine may also be able to get a quarterly discount on your water bill.

How to register your household

  • Generally, your health service provider will let us know your situation (eg your doctor, nurse or a hospital social worker).
