Feedback on the Licence Amendment for the Kyneton Water Reclamation Plant (WRP) closes this Friday 19th August 2022.
Earlier this year, Coliban Water submitted its Licence Amendment application for the Kyneton Water Reclamation Plant to the Environment Protection Authority (EPA).
This marked the commencement of a statutory process by which the EPA will determine how water released from the WRP will be regulated into the future.
Coliban Water hosted a community drop in session in Kyneton last week, giving local residents the opportunity to learn more about the amendment process and ask any questions. The session was attended by representatives from both Coliban Water and EPA.
Full details about the Licence Amendment are available on Connect Coliban, and residents are able to provide feedback until Friday 19 August 2022.
All feedback received during this process will be provided to the EPA for consideration as part of their assessment of the Licence Amendment application.
