Have your say on Coliban Water's future services

Coliban Water is inviting customers to share their priorities and help shape its five-year plan for water and sewerage services from 2028 to 2033.

Customers can take part in a short online survey about the services, investments and improvements that matter most to them. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and is open until close of business Friday 20 November 2026.

Every five years, Coliban Water prepares a price submission for the Essential Services Commission, Victoria’s independent economic regulator for the water sector. The submission outlines the services Coliban Water proposes to provide and the prices it proposes to charge.

Coliban Water’s next submission, known as PS28, will cover the period from 1 July 2028 to 30 June 2033. Feedback collected through the survey will contribute to a broader program of customer and community engagement and help inform the priorities included in the plan.

Coliban Water Managing Director Damian Wells said listening to customers was critical to planning services and investment for the years ahead.

“Customer voices provide an essential perspective on the services people rely on every day and the priorities they want us to consider for the future,” Mr Wells said.

“By sharing their experiences and expectations, customers help us make informed decisions, balance service and affordability, and develop a plan that reflects the needs of the communities we serve.”

There are no right or wrong answers. Coliban Water is seeking a wide range of perspectives, and survey responses will be kept confidential and will not identify participants.

Customers who complete the survey can enter a draw to receive one of 10 prizes of a $100 credit on their Coliban Water bill.

Complete the survey.
