Have your say and you could win $100 off your water bill
Coliban Water customers are being invited to share their feedback in a 5–10-minute survey for a chance to win one of ten $100 water bill credits.
Executive Manager Customer and Stakeholder Experience, Lauren McLean, said the annual customer satisfaction survey helps Coliban Water understand what’s working well and where it can improve.
“We’re committed to building and maintaining trust with customers and communities, and understanding their experiences helps us continue to improve the services we deliver,” she said.
“The feedback we receive plays an important role in shaping how we work with customers, manage water and sewage services, and plan for the future. We encourage as many customers as possible to take part and share their views.
Customers can access the survey through a link on the Coliban Water website, while a sample of customers may also receive an email invitation to participate.
“As a thank you for taking part, anyone who completes the survey before close of business on Monday 26 October will go into the draw to win one of ten $100 water bill credits,” Ms McLean said.
Coliban Water is one of seven Victorian water corporations participating in the survey, alongside Westernport Water, South Gippsland Water, East Gippsland Water, Central Highlands Water, and Goulburn Valley Water. More than 2,000 customers will be contacted.
Coliban Water provides water and sewage services to more than 184,000 customers across 49 communities in north central Victoria. Ms McLean said the survey is part of a broader program of community engagement designed to ensure customer and community priorities help shape decision making.
“Listening to our customers is essential to understanding what matters most to them and ensuring we continue to meet their needs,” she said.
In the coming months, we’ll also be engaging with customers, community groups, and stakeholders as we develop our next five-year plan and prepare for the 2028-2033 pricing period. Community feedback will be critical in helping us identify priorities and deliver the services our customers value most.”
