A number of drop-in sessions are taking place this month to provide Coliban Water rural customers with an opportunity to provide valuable feedback on rural system changes.
Managing Director Damian Wells said customer feedback is vital for the organisation to understand how water is being used, and plans customers have for the future.
“We have recently sent out information regarding this review work and a questionnaire for rural customers to provide their feedback.”
This was mailed to all existing rural customers, except for those in Harcourt, as the Harcourt system has previously been modernised so will not form part of the upcoming review.
“The drop-in sessions will provide an opportunity for rural customers to speak to us directly about the project and discuss their questionnaires. We encourage rural customers to come along,” Mr Wells said.
