Coliban Water were charged by the EPA in November 2019 for alleged breaches of the Environment Protection Act in relation to the operation of the Kyneton Water Reclamation Plant.
The matter was due to be heard in Court on Monday 16 March 2020 and had now been adjourned. We are yet to be advised of the new hearing date.
As the matter is before the Court, no further comment will be made at this time.
