Customers in Boort may be experiencing issues with their drinking water, due to an increase in taste and odour compounds detected in the raw water basin.

We are pleased to confirm there are no health risks associated with the water and it continues to comply with the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines.

This means the water is safe for all drinking, bathing and food preparation purposes. 

Our staff are working as quickly as possible to work to resolve this issue, including commissioning an additional treatment process to reduce the taste and odour compounds.
