Pay your bill online, over the phone or in person. You can also set up a direct debit and arrange to receive your bills electronically.
A note about cheques
Before the internet, cheques were Australia’s number one non-cash payment option. But times have changed. Now, fewer than 0.2% of Australians choose to pay by cheque, and the humble cheque will be removed as a payment option across Australia from 2024.
Before the ‘cheque-out’ deadline, we’ll be working with Coliban Water customers who pay by cheque to help them make the switch to alternate payment methods.
