Pay Your Bill




There are a variety of ways that you can pay your bill. These are all listed on the reverse of your water bill. If you have read all the payment options but you are still unsure about how to pay your bill please telephone 1300 363 200.



Payment by Centrelink
If you are paying by Centrelink you can use Centrepay to arrange regular deductions from your Centrelink payment. Call Centrelink on 132 317.

Direct Debit

If you would like us to deduct payments directly from your bank account, complete the Direct Debit online form or contact us on 1300 363 200.

Present your invoice intact at any Australian Post Office, by phone on 131816 or go to You will need to enter the Billpay Code: 0367 and Reference Number which is your 13 digit account number plus a zero in front of it.
