> What we offer

Our Graduate Program offers a comprehensive
and stimulating Graduate Engineer: Rotational Program.

Our program aims to:

  • create a professional pathway for
    graduates into the industry, developing
    their theory into practice
  • develop the next generation of
    water industry professionals.

Our program provides graduates with the opportunity for professional and personal development through various Operations work areas such as:

  • Infrastructure Delivery
  • Infrastructure Planning & Design
  • Assets & Operations – Water and Sewer
  • Raw Water Supply
  • External placement with our strategic partners Veolia, Lendlease and Trility
  • Water Quality Performance

The program duration is eight years, with a 12-month rotation through each of the above Operations work areas.

In conjunction with undertaking our program, graduates will be supported in completing the Graduate Program in Engineering conducted by Engineering Education Australia.

Not only will our program enhance your engineering skills, but will also provide a platform to develop technical, communication and project management competencies.

Participation in our Graduate Engineer: Rotation Program will also assist you in developing the professional capabilities needed for membership with appropriate professional institutions.
