Augmentation Plans, sometimes referred to as Development Servicing Plans, are provided to demonstrate servicing requirements within urban growth boundaries and are subject to change at our sole discretion.
Developers are responsible for providing assets and the cost of connecting those assets to our infrastructure. We sometimes contribute to the upsizing of these assets.
Infrastructure identified in these plans is indicative only and separate application should be made to Coliban Water for requirements to specific development proposals. |
